100HP Industrial air cooled screw chiller is used for those industry fields with big cooling capacity needs. The 100HP Air Cooled Screw Chiller cooling capacity: 260KW. Build in Single Hanbell Screw Compressor. Bitzer is optional. This chiller design for high ambient temperature, so we enlarge the condener, it's high efficent and with 12 Cooling ans. The Controller use Siemens PLC, Programmed control system, better human-computer interaction.
Compressor features:
•New screw type compressor with 20%-30% higher in efficiency.
•Cooling capacity control available at four steps (100%-75%-50%-25%), three steps (100%-66%-33%) or no steps control system.
•High efficiency, low noise and vibration, easy to install.
•Environmental protection refrigerant R134a, R407c available.
Control operation system:
•SIEMENS PLC program control system, human-computer interface with big LED touch panel, running state displaying in multi-language, and self-diagnosis for easy operation and supervision.
•Extended industrial interface, convenient for being computer monitor via network.
Completely safety protection function:
•Multisafety protection by high and low pressure, compressor overheating, overloading, over temperature, flow switch, phase sequence, phase-missing, exhaust overheating and anti-freezing.

Features:
1. The compressor adopts the international brand. The original imported international brand BITZER Germany (Bitzer) HANBELL China Taiwan (Hanbell), a new type of high-efficiency screw rotor compressor, the efficiency is 20%-30% higher than the general compressor.
2. High efficiency 5:6 patented asymmetric rotor tooth profile.
3. Capacity control can adopt four-stage (100%-75%-50%-25%) or three-stage (100%-66%-33%) and stepless control system.
4. The combined design of 11 bearings and a-type axial thrust balance drum greatly increases the bearing life by 2.5-3.5 times.
5. The use of high-efficiency silicon steel sheet special groove design, and equipped with internal and external omnidirectional design cooling channel, so that the compressor motor can play the highest efficiency under any load.
6. The unique built-in oil pressure system does not need an oil pump to ensure that the compressor maintains the best lubrication effect. The oil separator adopts a double-layer filter method, which has a good oil filtering effect and the heat exchanger can exert its maximum capacity.
7. High efficiency, low noise and low vibration.
8. A variety of refrigerants are available. In addition to R22 refrigerant, environmentally friendly refrigerants such as R134a and R407c can also be used.
